Bridgelux Arrays Used to Light Sheraton Hotel at D-Cube City in Seoul

Nov 1, 2011 A leading producer of LED lighting solutions, Bridgelux Inc. has announced the selection of its award-winning RS and ES LED arrays by light manufacturer Ilsung Moolsan of Korea. These energy-efficient LED arrays will be incorporated in the 1000 high performance downlights of Ilsung Moolsan that will be installed at the new Sheraton Hotel at D-Cube City in Seoul. The lights will appear in various public gathering areas such as the lobby, lounge, banquet hall, or indoor swimming pool and sauna.

Each space will demonstrate up to 63% energy saved due the use of these LEDs with Bridgelux array technology. It is for this reason, John Cho, President of Ilsung Moolsan explains, that Bridgelux LED arrays were chosen, because the company "deliver[s] the high quality of light and product reliability demanded by both our company and the Sheraton Hotel's rigorous lighting standards."

Bridgelux was pleased to be chosen by Ilsung Moolsan to be the solid state light source in the project. Furthermore, "the collaboration between Ilsung Moolsan and the Sheraton organizations is an outstanding example for any hotel looking to gain significant and immediate savings," said Jim Miller, chief sales and marketing officer at Bridgelux.
