CRS Electronics Announced Board Changes

Nov 2, 2011 CRS Electronics Inc., a developer and manufacturer of LED lighting, has appointed Bernard J. Erickson, Donald B. Hathaway and Larry D. Taylor to its board of directors effective immediately. According to press release Jason Sparaga, President of Spara Capital Partners Inc., and Kevin Reed, Vice-Chairman of Grey Horse Corporation, both CRS directors since 2007, have resigned from the board. Erickson currently is Division Manager at Facilities Solutions Group (FSG), a national distributor of top-brand lighting and electrical products and the 18th largest electrical contractor in the United States. Erickson joined GSF in 2006 when FSG acquired O.K. Electric Supply Company where he was President & CEO. Erickson holds a BA in Communications from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and an MBA in Marketing from Montclair State University in Montclair, New Jersey. Hathaway is currently President & CEO of the Global Risk Institute in Financial Services, a public-private partnership in Toronto, Ontario. Hathaway graduated in electrical engineering and then in mathematics at Sir George Williams University (now Concordia), followed by an MBA from York University and the executive program in economic value analysis (EVA) from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. Taylor , CMA, CMC, most recently served as President, National Money Mart, a subsidiary of Dollar Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:DLLR) . Previously, Taylor was CEO of Travelex Americas, a privately held global financial services firm specializing in the worldwide money services business. Prior to Travelex, Taylor was COO and Senior Vice President, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Canada Inc., and, Managing Partner of Ernst & Young Management Consultants. CRS Electronics board now consists of Scott Riesebosch, President & CEO and Chairman, Al Hussey, COO & Corporate Secretary, Paul Haber, Interim CFO, Erickson, Taylor and Hathaway. Source:
