Chroma-Q™ Launched Three New LED Luminaires

Nov 30, 2011 Chroma-Q announced introduction of three new LED products to the market.

Color Force Compact

Utilising core LED technology from the Color Force range, the unit provides 1700 lumens in a cost-effective, slim, compact profile while maintaining colour compatibility with the rest of the range.

With its rugged external design and IP65 rated casing*, the Color Force Compact has been designed as a multi-purpose workhorse fixture suitable for numerous entertainment lighting applications - including uplighting, pipe-end shin-busting, backlighting, truss toner and other wash applications.

Complementing other models in the range, the line-up now provides a full choice of creative tools for almost any entertainment application and enables an even wider range of users and budgets to utilise the power of the Color Force.

The Color Force Compact Features:

Compact yet powerful - 1700 lumens from a very small footprint
IP65 rated*
Multi-purpose workhorse fixture - suitable for a wide range of applications
Deep cold blues, red hot lava and super-soft pastels - all from a single fixture
High CRI of 92 - true colour balance across the spectrum
Custom optics - ensure a smooth even beam
Theatrical grade dimming - suitable for a wide range of applications
Accepts City Theatrical accessories - use with your existing accessories inventory

*As per IEC60529 ingress protection rating code.

Color Block 2 Plus

The new Chroma-Q Color Block 2 Plus™ is a higher output version of the original Color Block 2™ multi-purpose LED fixture that retains the same versatile modular 'building block' design, single colour RGBA optics, high light output and theatrical grade dimming to create an exceptional all-round feature set.

The Color Block 2 Plus utilises the very latest generation of LED and optics, resulting in 40% more output (750 lumens) than the original Color Block 2 (530 lumens) when the internal switch is set to full power.

Color Charge Plus

The new Chroma-Q Color Charge Plus™ is a higher output version of the original battery powered, wireless DMX fixture. It is ideal for any temporary indoor lighting applications where wiring is a challenge or where install speed is critical, transforming a venue in minutes.

The Color Charge Plus utilises the very latest generation of LED and optics, resulting in 50% more output (900 lumens) than the original Color Charge (600 lumens) from the same size unit.

The Color Force Compact, Color Block 2 Plus and Color Charge Plus are officially available, with full product details on www.chroma-q.com
