Integrated Step-down LED Drivers by Exar

The XRP7603 and XRP7Exar XRP7604 LED Driver604 LED drivers are capable of driving high power, high brightness LEDs up to 0.5A and 1A respectively. These devices complement and are pin-to-pin compatible with Exar’s SP7600 rated at 2A. With a 4.5V to 29V operating range, these LED drivers can support most retail and architectural lighting systems which typically use 12V or 24V power sources.

  • 0.5A /1A continuous output current
  • 1.2MHz constant switching frequency
  • PWM and analog dimming capability
  • Thermally enhanced SO-8 package
  • 4.5V to 29V single rail input voltage
  • Internal control loop compensation
  • 200mV feedback reference voltage
  • 1K MSRP: $0.79 and $0.99 US
