AT58 LED TV Series from Acer

Sep 16, 2010 Acer has unveiled AT58 LED TV series with Pininfarina design.

The new TVs are equipped with backlit LED panels, features slightly curved edges, ultra-thin profile and transparent frame with the logo designed by Pininfarina and the lustrous platform and they also allows energy saving of 68% compared with the traditional LCD monitors.

Colors and images are equipped with extraordinary realism appreciation to the HD ready resolution for 20" formats and Full HD for 23", 27", 32" and 42" formats.

The integrated HD digital terrestrial decoder, together with the DVB-C decoder and the CI+ slot, allows the high-definition reproduction of any channel from any broadcaster. Thanks to the PRV (Personal Video Recorder), they can be recorded on any USB pen drive or external HDD for easy transfer to any portable device. A complete range of ports (USB, HDMI ports) allow you to connect with many devices.

All the family is equipped with the InfiniContrast technology. Beside the 20”model with 1600x900 HD resolution, all the others – from 23’’ to 42’’- are Full HD 1080p. The 20’’ and the 23’’ models are available either with standard definition digital tuner (SD DVB-T) or with HD DVB-T (H.264) and CI+. HD DVB-T (H.264) and CI+ characterize all the other models (27’’, 32’’ and 42’).

The 23” will be available in two colours: white or black. The refresh rate for all the products is 50 Hz, while the 32’’ and  42’’ will be available also in the 100Hz version.  
The Acer series designed by Pinifarina will be available in the shops – depending on the model – starting September 2010.
